Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google profile.

Content you create. Hypothetical (paper) predictions, saved analyses, notes and models you build or save are stored so you can view and track them.

Usage data. We keep records of AI assistant requests, feature usage and plan entitlements so we can enforce plan limits, prevent abuse and show you your own history.

Advertising data. On the website and Android app, Google may process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics and app or page activity to deliver and measure contextual ads for visitors and Free members. EdgeIQ requests non-personalized ads.

Payment data. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only your subscription status and plan.

• To operate your account and provide the analytics features you subscribe to.
• To enforce plan limits (AI requests, predictions) and manage subscriptions server-side.
• To answer questions you ask the EdgeIQ AI assistant, grounded in stored sports data.
• To show you your own performance history and saved research.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraudulent referral rewards and keep the service secure.
• To send service-related emails, such as account confirmation and password resets.

We do not sell your personal information. We use Google AdSense and Google AdMob to fund the Free plan, but we do not provide your EdgeIQ account, predictions, notes or model data for ad targeting.

EdgeIQ relies on a small number of service providers: a hosted database and authentication provider (account storage), a sports data provider (league schedules, scores and statistics), an AI model provider (answering your matchup questions), a payments processor (Stripe) and hosting. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function. Google provides contextual advertising and may use device information, cookies or similar technologies to deliver, secure and measure ads. Sports data we display is licensed league data, not personal information.

Your account data is kept while your account is active. If you would like your account and its data deleted, email us at pattybear1106@gmail.com and we will delete your profile, predictions, saved analyses and associated records.

• You can update your display name from your profile page at any time.
• You can edit or delete your own saved predictions and analyses from the Predictions page.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
• Where required, you can accept or reject advertising cookies with equal prominence and revisit that choice from “Privacy choices” in the footer or app menu. Rejecting prevents website ad requests in those regions. Android privacy choices are handled by Google's consent form.
• Pro, Elite and administrator accounts do not receive ad requests from EdgeIQ.

Ad consent records and provider diagnostics may be retained as required to demonstrate your choice, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time; the new choice applies to future requests and does not replay previously blocked events.

Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level database security, so users can only read and change their own records. API keys and secrets are stored server-side and never included in the app sent to your browser or device.

EdgeIQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will notify you in the app.
